Two-Factor Authentication for Users

Two Factor Authentication can be activitated and made required for all users by an admin or each user can activate it on their account should they wish to have it active.

1) How to activate two-factor authentication and make it required for all users.

Go to: Settings >> Company Profile >> Security (See screenshot below)

2) How a user can activate two-factor authentication on their account if it is not required by admin to have it.

Go to: Settings >> My Account >> Security (See screenshot below)
