Forms and Cookie Bot Incompatibility

FORMS AND COOKIE BOT INCOMPATIBILITY

Sometimes, forms may not display well or not display at all due to interference by cookie bots. 

It's up to the cookie bot whether or not they will allow a Constant Contact form to display, as the cookie banner is not supplied by Constant Contact. 

So, it’s important to ensure that the banner is only blocking the necessary resources according to its configuration.

To note: form.js does not drop cookies, the tracking code, ss.js does.

If the form is deferred or not showing at all, try the following solutions:

• Add a  line of code to the embed code that specifies the HTML element where the form will be placed.

• Use a Target Id parameter in the HTML code.

• Change the Cookiebot tool
